The online meeting Let’s Evidence Co-creation for Future Public Health will introduce the aims of Health CASCADE and the concept of ‘Co-creation’ through a series of plenary talks and interactive breakout sessions led by expert guest contributors.
Health CASCADE Project Co-ordinator, Professor Sebastien Chastin from Glasgow Caledonian University, says “This online, interactive meeting is the start of a very exciting project to establish the evidence for Co-creation as a novel approach to tackling the most pressing public health issues of our time. Health CASCADE is delighted to be joined during this meeting by leading experts in public health and research methodologies.”
Health CASCADE confirms the three keynote speakers as follows:
- Professor Michael Wright, International Collaboration for Participatory Health, Berlin;
- Professor Esther Turnout, Department of Environmental Sciences, Wageningen University; and
- Dr Michael Far, Research Fellow, Bristol Medical School, University of Bristol.

Dr Maria Giné-Garriga from Blanquerna-Ramon Llull University, researcher in the Health CASCADE Consortium, says “Co-creation is not a walk in the park.
